"I wore this for a day of active sailing in sunny weather with "feels like" temps over 100. I didn't burn and I never felt hot. I've also used it for running on hot, humid days. It's so much lighter weight than similar UPF shirts from other brands (I've tried a bunch!) The perforated underarms are genius! I purchased mine from my local running store and will definitely buy more!"

"I like to have my arms covered from the sun while I do my exercise walking, The concern is getting overheated in the warm weather. This tee is very breathable and doesn't cause me to feel too warm. I haven't used the hood, but it's a good feature. I'm not sure if this has UV protection. If not, that would be an added bonus."
