We’re officially inviting runners of all backgrounds to apply for the 2026–2027 season. Whether you’ve been chasing finish lines for decades or just recently found your stride, this team is built for you.
Every year, the RADrabbit team is made up of an incredible mix of humans. Some toe the line every weekend. Some never pin a bib and just run for the joy of it. Some live for mountain miles and trail ultras. Others thrive on pavement PRs and city streets.
What brings us together?
A shared love for movement.
A belief in community.
And a desire to chase big dreams together.
Being a RADrabbit is more than just being on a team. We cheer on one another through wins and setbacks, purposefully creating spaces where everyone feels welcome.

We will send out acceptances on a rolling basis throughout the month of June, and all applicants will hear back by July 1st. Be sure to check your spam folder. A one-time $170 team fee is due upon acceptance into the 2026-2027 RADrabbit season.

The 2026 RAD print is inspired by the rhythm of the run.

The pattern nods to tire tracks left behind, evidence of the work, while bright, energetic colors capture the feeling that keeps you coming back. Because putting in the miles isn’t just effort. It’s joy. The RAD kit material comes from our brand new Cadence collection. Developed specifically with performance in mind, the tempo tops and tanks deliver zonal ventilation through mesh paneling and cooling fabrics, with updated stitching for a technical look and feel. These pieces take performance further with refined fits, elevated finishes, and brand new technical fabrics.

RADrabbit Team Expectations
As a RADrabbit, you commit to:
- Train and compete clean — always.
- Wear rabbit gear while training and/or racing throughout the season.
- Represent rabbit with integrity through sportsmanship, camaraderie, and genuine kindness to fellow athletes at races, group runs, and events.
- Foster an inclusive, diverse, welcoming, and safe running community — both in person and across your social media presence.
- Publicly identify as a RADrabbit (including listing your affiliation in your social media bios).
- Add your race schedule to the shared RADrabbit team calendar.
- Share your journey by posting at least 2 times per month about your training, racing, or running experiences.
- Track and share your training on Strava, and join both the RADrabbit groups and the main rabbit club.
- Contribute to the community with race recaps, photos in rabbit gear, product feedback, gear reviews, and creative ideas for local meetups or events.
