Job Title: Creative Lead
Reports to: Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
The Role:
We're looking for a Creative Lead to bring rabbit's visual identity to life through thoughtful design, compelling campaign creative, and exceptional execution. This role partners closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to translate brand strategy into compelling creative across all customer touchpoints. This role contributes creative ideas, develops visual assets, and helps execute seasonal campaigns across digital, retail, e-commerce, and brand experiences. The ideal candidate is an exceptional designer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, collaborating with teammates, and creating work that inspires runners. A bonus is someone tuned into design trends across running, performance, fashion, and culture, and knows how to filter those influences through rabbit's lens — making technical products feel approachable and desirable, and making every runner, from first-timer to elite athlete, feel welcome.
This role is based on-site in Santa Barbara, CA, with occasional travel for photoshoots and brand events.
What You'll Do:
Art Direction & Campaign Execution
- Develop creative concepts and design visual assets for seasonal product launches and key marketing initiatives in partnership with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager
- Contribute visual concepts that reinforce product performance, premium positioning, and brand voice
- Collaborate on the development of creative briefs, moodboards, storyboards, and shot lists for photo and video content
- Support creative direction during photoshoots, including styling and on-set decision-making
- Collaborate with freelance designers, photographers, and creative partners to ensure projects are delivered on brand
Design
- Serve as the primary designer across marketing initiatives
- Create campaign assets for digital, retail, email, social, and brand storytelling
- Maintain a high bar for typography, composition, layout, and visual consistency
- Contribute design thinking to create and maintain visual assets for the website, including campaign imagery, product photography selection, and merchandising graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve digital storytelling and conversion
Content & Production
- Lead planning and execution of e-commerce and lifestyle content shoots
- Coordinate creative assets and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and showcase product in a way that feels compelling, credible, and elevated
- Partner with internal and external teams to execute lifestyle photography and video projects
- Help organize creative production timelines and asset delivery
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in art direction, brand design, or a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showing campaign thinking across photo, video, graphic design, and digital
- Hands-on designer who enjoys creating high-quality work across digital, print, social, retail, and e-commerce, while partnering with freelance creative resources as needed.
- Strong visual instincts and an awareness of design trends across outdoor, running, fashion, and culture
- Understanding of visual storytelling for consumer brands, ideally within running apparel or outdoor industries
- Experience supporting or participating in photo and video productions
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and modern design workflows; working understanding of UI/UX principles and digital-first design
- Comfortable moving fluidly between concepting and execution; strong creative instincts paired with excellent organization and follow-through
- Strong visual design skills with the confidence to contribute ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bonus: experience in running, outdoor, or performance apparel; familiarity with road racing, ultra, or trail running; firsthand connection to running culture
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience; benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement (CalSavers), and PTO (details in offer).

Job Title: Fulfillment Team Member
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Goleta, CA
The Role:
Part-time fulfillment team member in the rabbit warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate understands how to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice that feels authentic, energetic, and approachable.
This is a remote freelance position with flexible hours, ideal for a writer who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can balance strategic thinking with quick execution.
What You'll Do
