What is your return policy?

Items purchased from will receive a full refund if returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Here's what you do:

1. Email us at with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. Send your return along with original order confirmation to: rabbit Returns, 129 N. Fairview Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117.

3. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the original order within 30 days. 

4. Returns should be properly packaged and sent at the customer's expense to the address above.

5. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded (sorry about that). rabbit will not be responsible for return items lost in transit. We recommend you ship returns via a traced and insured shipping method.

6. We are not able to refund sale items. Sales are final on all sale items.

What is your exchange policy?

Sorry folks, but we don't process direct exchanges. We ask that if you'd like a replacement item that you follow our return instructions and reorder directly through our website as a separate transaction. We'll completely refund your original form of payment (excluding shipping charges) when we receive the return. All sales are final on any sale item.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

What is your shipping policy?

Purchase $75 or more and we will ship your gear to you FREE! If you spend less than $75 we will charge you a flat rate of $8 to anywhere in the United States. We do offer overnight shipping if you are foaming at the mouth and can't wait to run in your rad gear.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time rabbit only ships within the United States. But we hope to start shipping outside of the United States very soon, so stay tuned you international rabbit lovers you. 

How long will it take for my order to be received?

Please allow 2-5 business days to process and ship your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been received and another email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

How do I figure out what size is best for me?

Each product item has it's own size chart that provides body measurements to help you determine what size you wear in rabbit gear. Please also feel free to contact us at with any further questions or concerns.

How do I wash my rabbit gear?

We recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble dry low or air dry flat.  Oh, and don't bleach, mmkay? If your item has a zipper, please zip it completely before washing and drying.

Where is rabbit manufactured?

We work with manufacturers and suppliers in Los Angeles, California, USA.  Yep, that's right - Made in the USA!!
