We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any unworn, regularly priced* merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase. Please note that for the holiday season every year, we extend our returns window to 60 days for any purchases made between November 15 and December 15. We understand that you need to try on your items to check sizing, please just refrain from getting them dirty or sweaty and keep the tags attached until you're sure you want to keep them. rabbit’s Dream Chaser shoe is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shoes in new and unworn condition are eligible for a refund. Any other condition shoe is eligible for a rabbit store credit. All footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.

Purchase $100 or more and we will ship your gear to you free! If you spend less than $100 we will charge you a flat rate of $10 to anywhere in the United States. Most orders leave rabbit within 3-4 business days and are shipped standard ground through USPS.

We do offer multiple expedited shipping options and processing if you are foaming at the mouth and can't wait to run in your rad gear. Overnight orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.

Regardless of your shipping situation, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been filled by the rabbit crew. Many of our packages are small enough to fit in mailboxes so please check there if you think your package is lost.

International shipping is available to most countries. International shipping costs depend on destination and service level . Duties and taxes are added at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery. Most orders leave rabbit within 3-4 business days and packages typically arrive within one to five days after that. Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method at checkout.
