Needs VIGOROUS pre-wash to remove 1000s perf bits!
"I usually love rabbit gear (some favs are UPF hoodies, Speed Leggy, and Fuel N Fly), so I hope these will also function well once they are thoroughly pre-cleaned. Here's what happened: I ordered both the long and short sleeve versions of the charcoal EZ Perf tees online. I tried them on at home, and they fit great – just loose enough, and nice and smooth and airy. So I then cut off those itchy, interior sewn tags to throw them in the wash -- which I'm pretty sure makes them non-returnable, so here we are. That's when I saw it, oodles and oodles of itty bitty specs of fabric all over my bathroom sink (pic shows just a tiny sample), my floor, my skin, in my sports bra. It took a good 20 minutes of rigorous plain water handwashing and rinsing in the sink to get the water to begin to run clear of 1000s of the perforated bits coming off these shirts. I'm so glad they didn't go in the wash with other clothes to cross contaminate!! I'll come back and update my review if this is indicative of functionality or longevity of the shirts. Again, I'm hoping this was just a manufacturing glitch, where they didn't rinse the fabric properly before assembling."
