Comfortable and cute protection from the sun

"Overall I've been really happy with this purchase and have worn it for 2 or 3 runs now. I am 5'2" and a fit 150 lbs, and the L fits me well, without the usual reams of gathered fabric at my waist (thank goodness). The cut and style are flattering. The fabric breathes well and the hood stays put even in the wind thanks to the snaps and "scuba" fit. My one quibble is that, as others have pointed out, the slot for a watch face is too close to the thumb hole so that I am always having to pull back the sleeve to look at my watch. But this top was worth every penny and I expect to put a lot of mileage on it."

Love it for sun protection, still needs some work

"I have worn this a couple of times and I love how lightweight it is. The fit is perfect and I appreciate that it has an opening for my watch. There is definitely a cooling effect that I feel when wearing this on my warm and humid runs in central Texas. That being said, the seams are already showing signs of wear even though I've only used it twice. It looks like some threading is coming apart / falling off along the seams. Pretty disappointing on that end - I expected higher quality and durability, considering the price."

Great sunshirt/fit needs some minor adjustments

"I really like the different sun coverage of the materials. The fabrics are soft/comfortable to wear. The fit is as described in other reviews. The forearms are tight and the shirt seems a bit short. The hood material is not very breathable. I like the ponytail opening and the watch opening. The color is great."

Lightweight sun option

"I am a fan of sun shirts so I was excited to try this new option. Overall, I like the lightweight fabric and the fit of the top, but the arms are tighter than usual in my normal size. Tested it out on a 90 degree day with wicked humidity and it kept me protected and it has a cooling effect when a breeze does chance to come your way."

Want to love, but have to hate

"I love almost everything about this sunsirt, except the forearms are way too tight! I love the color block, cropped fit, stowable hood, and it does not show sweat. . . like at all. But I'm confused why the forearms are skin-tight. I have small to normal sized wrists/forearms (literally have never had this issue before), and I got a size small. If you are thinking about getting this, I would recommend waiting until they fix this or maybe try a larger size? Unfortunate because it seems otherwise great, but the forearms drive me insane."

Great design- except one thing

"This shirt is perfection- so lightweight, zoned sun protection, the hood fits perfectly. I work outdoors in the Mojave sunshine and this is a great shirt for hot, windy climates. I like the shorter length and boxier cut. However, the fit on the forearms is odd- way too tight compared to the rest of the garment! I usually wear a small or medium (5'7", 145, size 6) but returned my medium for a large on this one. It's a little loose overall, which is fine, and the forearms are still snug but not skintight like the medium. Will wait to buy a second color until the design team reworks the sleeve issue."

Outstanding!

"I just wore this for a mid-day long run in Florida two days ago and am thrilled with this top! Agree with the other reviewer on fit. My favorite part is the hood - more coverage and lighter material than the Deflector, which makes it much cooler. Will be wearing this at my 50k race in Utah next month especially for the sun protection. Well done, rabbit, top notch shirt! And I'll be ordering the other color. . ."
