"I got these for a race where it was going to be 101+ degrees. I have no regrets - they fit well and didn't move while running and definitely kept me cooler. I am a M/6 in tops, but my arms are definitely on the more muscular side and the MD/LG fit me. If anything they were maybe slightly too big, so I'd size down if you have thinner arms."

Just a little short
"Overall these are a step up from my other cheapo sleeves - the material is nice and I love the watch window/hand coverage combo. However, they’re kind of short, and I don’t have long arms as I’m 5’2”. They’re just barely up to the top of my bicep. The M/L is also looser than I expected based on the size chart, but they stayed up throughout the one run I’ve worn them on so far so I guess they’re tight enough."

Just a little short
"I took off 2 stars because while the features were there, they're not quite perfect. I want the watch window to have a little bit of overlap so that for the wrist that doesn't have a watch, I don't get sun burned. This is a thoughtful design I have for watch windows on my Nike gear. Secondly, the sleeves are just a little too short. If they were just an inch or two longer, they would comfortably be under my short sleeve t-shirt, but alas, I have to pull my UPF sleeves high and use the thumbhole as the watch window so that there isn't a gap between my sleeve and my shirt. Despite my criticisms, these are comfortable to wear and very cooling. Its not really like there are many great options for women so this is next best. I own three pairs. Two for running and one that lives in the car. I would buy more if the two criticisms I had were fixed."

Perfect for summer training
"These have been a life saver running in 95+ degrees. They keep the sun off my arms and my body cool. I bought a second pair."

Fits great!
"These fit great and don’t slip down. I’m much looking forward to slipping these on instead of slathering sunscreen all over my arms!"

Super!!
"This is the greatest addition to my hot weather running gear. Light weight and no need to cover my arms with goo. I did need to take in the upper arms in a bit to get them to stay up--but I am thin."

Great sun blockers
"These arm covers are light but block sun well!"

Almost great
"I bought these because of the watch window, but the placement of the watch window makes it challenging to use both the watch window and the thumb hole: the two holes are 1 inch apart, while my thumb and watch naturally sit 3 inches away from one another. Having said that, I can wear them, but by mile 10 in my last half marathon, my arm felt tender under my watch from the extra pressure created. I really like the concept, just wish the design had been thought out a little better. I do appreciate that both arms have a watch window though (I have an old jacket with one weird hole on the left arm that it took me *forever* to realize what its purpose was)! The sleeves slouched a little with wear, but overall stayed up fine. My arms are twiggy, and could benefit from some time in the gym. I much prefer a little slouching than too much tightness on the top."
