Sizing is awkward, and water bottles bounce
"The size was too large despite following the sizing chart, and despite being loose around the waist, they felt like they constricted my quads from fully extending forward. They are also advertised as a no-bounce option for holding soft flask water bottles, but that is far from the truth. Not my favorite shorts."
My favorite pait of long run shorts ever
"Perfect material for almost any temp, and just the right length (I'm 54, so love the 3" feel. . . like being back in '87) especially for long runs. Waistband is great, and I love the zipper pocket in back for larger gels. The smaller pocket is perfect for my little GoPro I use sometimes. They are also pretty durable. I wear mine 2x a week every single week, and they are about as good as new after a few months."
The ones I save for the hardest run of the week
"These shorts immediately became “my best shorts” from among the embarrassing number of running shorts I own. The fabric is comfortable and functional and less plastic-like than a lot of my running shorts, The phone pocket is well sized, so getting my phone in and out is easier. I had purchased these in the hopes that the deep side pockets could hold a small soft flask and they def are large enough, but with a full 12 oz flask there is more bounce and movement than I can tolerate, I have found that once I drink about half the water, the amount of movement is acceptable, so I’ll go out holding my water bottle and transfer it to the shorts later in the run. Very happy with the product overall though. (5’10/178lbs-Medium fit fantastic)"

"These shorts are AMAZING! I can carry my phone (iPhone 13 mini), plenty of nutrition, my keys, and even my Garmin InReach with minimal bouncing. The liner is super supportive and very breathable. Overall, might have become my favorite shorts!"

"These are currently my favorite shorts. Very lightweight, comfortable and excellent pockets that don’t hinder the shorts at all. I can fit a ~16oz soft flask in no problem and even with just one bottle it doesn’t create and imbalance or anything weird. Highly recommended."
