Fueled Friday: Red Velvet Toast

A quick breakfast because at the end of a busy week you deserve to give your hands and mind a little break while easing into the weekend. This sweet and nutritious meal can be made in just a few minutes so there’s no excuse that you didn’t have time to prepare a tasty breakfast on this beautiful Friday morning.

Check out this Red Velvet Toast...

- 2 slices of your favorite bread

- 1/4 cup of yogurt

- 3 tbsp of your favorite nut butter

- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

- 1/2 cup organic washed raspberries

- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

- 2 tbsp maple syrup
