Fueled Friday: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1 can of Garbanzo Beans
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp of Tahini
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 cup of Roasted Red Peppers
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive Oil for serving
1. Drain and rinse the Garbanzo Beans and then add them to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Process until everything is well combined and smooth (or until you reach the texture you like)
3. Top with a bit of Olive Oil and serve with fresh veggies, Chips or grilled Pita Bread
