- 1 large slice of sourdough or your favorite bread, toasted
- 1 medium organic avocado, mashed with salt & pepper
- Handful of organic cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
- Roasted zucchini, sliced
- Handful of goat or your favorite cheese
- Optional: sesame seeds & fresh parsley on top
