A Message To Our rabbit Community
To our rabbit friends, family, and community,
These past few weeks have been very rough as the world copes with the constantly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19. It's clear this virus is reaching far and wide its impact is being felt by all in different capacities. Our hearts are with everyone, especially those who are experiencing the worst of its outcome. We are doing our best to remain steadfastly optimistic and trust we will get through these challenging times together.
We know the running community throughout the world has been affected in an additional way through the unfortunate, but necessary, cancellation and postponement of so many races, group activities and big events. While the cancellation of a race may seem in-consequential in this challenging time to some, we know that it is sad, even devastating, to many of us. We want our community to know that we understand. We acknowledge the disappointment and empathize with the loss of motivation. We are sad too. But, we urge each member of this community to keep your heads up, stay calm, find positivity and silver linings, and support one another. We shall get through this tough time. By finding strength and inspiration in each other, we can lift our hearts and feet towards better times to come.
Additionally, we want to give our promise to you - our customers and rabbit family - that we are doing everything possible to keep you safe. We are continually monitoring current events and are following the appropriate commercial guidelines from the CDC to keep our office and fulfillment center as clean and hygienic as possible, while ensuring all of our employees take the necessary precautions to stay healthy and work remotely as needed.
At rabbit, we place high importance on keeping our business running in a timely and seamless manner; however, we acknowledge that due to complications outside our control we may be subject to shipping delays or disruptions. We remain open for business and we vow to provide our customers the highest level of service you have come to love and expect from rabbit. Please know we are proactively taking every precaution necessary to minimize any possible disruption to our customers.
