"at 5’11/180lb I was a little concerned about the size M initially, but the material is lightweight with stretch. once I got going, I realized the fit was perfect, especially as they became soaked in sweat and still felt light and comfortable. love these shorts and will get more as more colors become available in M."

"Don’t listen to the Homer’s, it’s nice when it feels like you’re wearing nothing at all. Wish there were more 2. 5” shorts that also had a pocket for my phone; the only knock against these is no back zip pocket. These are limited to shorter runs or trail runs with a vest without that pocket. 🤷♂️"

"Pretty nice shorts overall, material feels really nice, the liner is comfortable, pockets are nice and make the short a really nice long run and marathon short. I do wish the split on the sides went a bit higher up however, got an XS based on the size chart, the shorts feel slightly restrictive and get caught a little my my thigh of whatever leg is leading on each stride, just seems like they are a bit too tight and I feel like if the split went further up the shorts that would completely eliminate that issue, might try a size larger and see if that feels better but these shorts are still more than useable, just moderately annoying. If you carry gels that are a bit larger the front pockets do not fit them very well, the rear pockets seemed bigger though and I was able to fit 2 gels in each rear pocket which still was enough but might be a problem if I am trying to carry all my gels for a marathon without picking up any from aid stations. If you carry smaller gels like Honey Stinger size for example though the front pockets should also be fine. If they made a full split short option, keeping everything else the same, I think these shorts would be perfect"

"im a bit disappointed with the shorts. the zip pocket is very tight, i can barely fit my phone in there (iphone 15 pro), i have to take the case off to make it fit. im also a bit dissatisfied with the gel pockets. i can feel the pointy corners of the gel packets against my skin while im running and its not comfortable. the last annoying thing is that the shorts ride up my thighs during the run (from the inside) im a skinny guy so im surprised this is an issue. i was hoping to use these for my marathon but they have very little going for them"
